Terms & Conditions

You will be required to provide your company VAT number when making a purchase. Failure to do so will incur additional charges for VAT.

Payments can be made either online (up to five units), by requesting a Paypal invoice or via bank transfer.

The number of subscriptions purchased must be the same as the number of units purchased. One Datavend unit and one subscription are required for each vending machine.

Delivery prices may vary depending on country of delivery and quantity. Please contact us for prices.

All prices are quoted in Euro unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any charges related to currency conversion when making payment.

Datavend units must only be used in the country stated on your invoice from us and the country delivered to. Transferring of units to another country without our prior permission will result in your subscription being terminated.

Returns are not accepted unless the unit is faulty or damaged on delivery. If this is the case we must be advised of the fault within 48 hours of receipt.

All items will be sent using tracked mail. You may request the tracking number from us to trace your delivery.

Lead times for delivery may vary based on quantity.

Access to the online subscription will be provided by email with full set up instructions. Training is also provided by telephone.

The resale of Datavend units is strictly prohibited unless a distribution agreement is in place with us.
