Vending Telemetry – Advanced

The Datavend vending telemetry advanced service combines all of the benefits of our basic service,  with some additional advanced features.

With the advanced service you will have access to our online system where you can view your vending machine data. The system will allow you to view all sales, identifying cash, cashless and free vend transactions.  You will also be able to view detailed error reports for each machine, both active and historic errors. For snack machines, you will also be able to view sales by product, making it easier to monitor stock and optimise operator visits.

To use this system you will require one Datavend hardware unit and one annual data subscription per machine. The telemetry hardware unit requires the vending machine to be working on EVA-DTS protocol.
