Vending Telemetry – Basic Service

The Datavend vending telemetry basic service is designed to give you simple, accurate information at the lowest possible cost.

With the basic service you will have access to our online system where you can view your vending machine data. The system includes reports which show the total number of vends, total cash received and total cash in the cash box. You can also set up email alerts which will inform you if there is a problem with the vending machine.

To use this system you will require one Datavend hardware unit and one annual data subscription per machine. The telemetry hardware unit requires the vending machine to be working on MDB or Executive protocol.
